1. Our Commitment

Quick Tax & Accounting Solutions Inc. is committed to providing accessible services to all clients, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Canadian Human Rights Act.

5.2 Meeting Rooms

All meeting rooms are accessible and can accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices. We can arrange for accessible furniture and equipment as needed.

We can provide information in alternative formats upon request, including:

  • Large print documents
  • Electronic formats (PDF, Word, etc.)
  • Audio recordings
  • Braille (with advance notice)
  • Plain language versions

7. Training and Awareness

All staff members receive training on accessibility and disability awareness. This training includes:

  • Use of assistive devices
  • Emergency procedures for persons with disabilities
